Would anyone be able to explain the differences in side effects of these two? How would you differentiate them, there is a question on an NMBE practice 6 exam that has both for answer choices. The question states that the side effects are: dyspnea, severe muscle pain, vomiting sinus tacky, low BP. Which from sites they both cause this stuff. The patient in the question has HIV so I would have thought sargramostim, but the side effects look closer to the other. Thanks
