Lett-to-Right Cheatsheet

Here's a nice cheatsheet that I use in my classes to compare the oxygen saturations of the left-to-right Shunts:

Thanks for your tenacious hard and important work, professor B! You have a great educational site, but for the classic and old- fashioned paper books lovers, is here any chance to see it printed and materialistic, not a virtual solely internet source? Wishing great things to come true. O.

Quoting RH:
what do you mean by "step up"?

Great Question. An oxygen "step-up" means that the oxygen saturation has increased (step-up) from what it should be! This is due to the oxygenated blood from the left side shunting to the right side. Where this oxygen step-up occurs helps us know where the shunt is located.
